Gayle Gordon

Gayle Gordon, M.Ed., is an educator, training professional, community leader,  Chief Executive Officer and  Executive Director of Empower Training Institute Inc., a California-based educational institution focused on education, prevention, professional youth and adult development.

A History of Education and Community Service

Gayle Gordon’s professional work in education and youth development began well before the establishment of Empower Training Institute. Public records from El Camino College document Gordon’s work as a training professional working with at-risk and foster youth, perspective and current resource parents.  Her approach incorporated experiential training strategies and strength-based practices designed to help individuals develop skills, confidence, and opportunities for success.
